II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Scottish Government is seeking to commission an evaluation of years 3 and 4 (2024-2026) of the implementation of the Scottish Government’s Whole Family Wellbeing Funding (WFWF) Programme. This evaluation will assess the extent to which the programme has achieved its intended impacts, provide analysis of the successes of and barriers to implementation, and inform on-going learning and policy development. This commission follows on from the year 1 evaluation conducted in 2022-23 and year 2 evaluation conducted in 2023-24.
Information provided in response to this request will be used in the development of the procurement strategy.
The proposed route to market will be a open procedure that will be published on PCS-T to provide an fair an open competition.
II.2.14) Additional information
Invitation to Tender documentation is due for issue via PCS-T early April 2025 with an estimated contract start date of August 2025.
The contract is expected to be for a period of 18 months with the option to extend for an additional two months.
