Explanation
Framework suppliers have been unable to effectively meet service requirements in respect of multi traveller, global trips with complex itineraries, which has led to fragmented ad-hoc travel bookings.
This direct award represents establishing a more assured short-term service provision with clearer terms, provisioning effective time (recognising complexities of specified requirements, contract terms, and evaluation criteria) to undertake a competitive procurement for longer term contract requirements
