Llanberis Redevelopment - Delivery Phase Project Evaluator

Description of the goods or services required

Amgueddfa Cymru seeks a suitably qualified consultant(s) who will act as Project Evaluator for the duration of the National Lottery Heritage Funded Delivery Phase of the redevelopment project. Contract award will be subject to the success of Amgueddfa Cymru’s Stage 2 Funding Application which will be announced at the end of June 2025.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The supplier will be expected to ensure that the rolling out of the evaluation framework integrates with the work of the wider organisations impact framework, collaborating closely with the CRM & Data Manager to prioritise requirements based on resource, time and benefit to key stakeholders. The supplier will:

• collaborate with key people within Amgueddfa Cymru, reporting to the CRM & Data Manager on progress and approaches

• align with our Digital Data and Technology Strategy and Amgueddfa Cymru’s 2030 strategy

• assist Amgueddfa Cymru in understanding the existing datasets and the quality of its data from all platforms

• capture and document any constraints and risks associated with the project

• deliver outcomes in a timely manner

• ensure transparency when proposing any solutions

• ensure compliance with all relevant Amgueddfa Cymru policies including, but not exclusively, Cyber Security and Data Protection

• provide the necessary personnel to fulfil the scope of work

• bring a clear and well-defined methodology and approach
