Abstract

2 Contract Details

2.1 Title

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

The design and construction of an extension and refurbishment works to the existing activity centre together with drainage and external works including any required off site works.

The works are to be undertaken by a single main contractor.

The project will be executed using an amended version of the JCT 2011 Design and Build Contract incorporating Amendment 1.
