Consultants Tender Brief for Monitoring and Evaluation of the Elan Links Scheme

Summary of Brief

The Elan Valley Trust, on behalf of the Elan Links scheme, is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified independent consultants to monitor and evaluate the delivery of Elan Links: People, Nature & Water landscape partnership. Guidance and support is also expected on the development of a mid term legacy strategy. The contract is for a period of five years, commencing in June 2018.

There are three distinct phases of work:

1. Commencement of the delivery period – August 2018

2. Mid point of the delivery period – June 2020

3. End of the delivery period – June 2023 – December 2023

The successful applicant will have a strong track record in this type of work.

Indicative value of contract £20,000 exclusive of VAT
