Providers can submit alternative combinations of runs as an opportunity to provide savings. These will only be taken up if service find the suggestions fit and proper to travel together and they have demonstrated they can provide a saving to the Council. All runs must be priced as requested where combinations are offered these should be as an addition to the request and not instead of.
