Footpath repair works - Cwm Cowlyd to Cwm Eigiau

Description of the goods or services required
A weighted contract tender for repairs and maintenance to an upland footpath in the Cwm Cowlyd and Cwm Eigiau area. Work to include laying down stepping stone path and boardwalk, and replace existing gates and stiles with purpose built wrought iron gates which are to be hung on stone pillars (to be installed by contractor).

Provision of services - installation of stepping stone path and wrought iron gates. Anticipated that contract should last approximately 2-3 months.
All stone and gating pre-supplied and delivered to site by the Snowdonia National Park Authority.

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required
Contract will be awarded on a weighted tender basis, based on proof of previous experience of similar work. Perspective tenderers will be required to submit proof of experience and photographic evidence of work quality.
Weighting ratio will be 70 (experience and quality) / 30 (price)
