2.2 Description of the goods or services required

The National Centre for Welsh Learning wishes to go to tender for an appropriate service provider to provide technical and digital services for five new courses.

The authoring element of these courses will be a Further Competition for those providers who are already on the Centre's existing Education Workforce Framework.
