Powys County Council sought to appoint a contractor to undertake refurbishment of the Y Llanfa building and associated listed Canal side cottages at Y Lanfa, The Wharf, The Canal Road, Welshpool, SY21 7AQ. Works to include creating additional floor space under the canopy area of Y Lanfa, museum remodelling, upgrade of heating systems, refurbishment and repair of canal side cottages, resurfacing of the wharf area.
