II.1.4) Short description
Midland Metro Ltd (MML) are looking to award a single supplier contract for the provision of Waste Management Services. Waste streams include general waste, dry mixed recycling, and hazardous waste.
The objective of this tender is to find a single supplier who can work with Midland Metro Limited (MML) to support working towards their objective of Zero Waste to Landfill. The Supplier will assist with a transition from predominantly landfill disposal approach to a more sustainable solution, supporting MML in reducing, re-using and recycling all waste streams produced on site.
The Contract term will run for an initial three-year period, commencing on 1st November 2024 until 31st October 2027 with an optional two, 12-month extensions to give a maximum contract end date of 31st October 2029.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement

This ITT is being evaluated on the basis of Quality 70% / Price 30%. Please input your responses to the quality questions in the Technical Envelope, your costings in the Commercial Envelope and please complete the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SSQ) in the Qualification Envelope. Please note that a financial assessment will be undertaken as part of the SSQ process.
