SOAS University of London is inviting tenders for three lots:
—Lot 1: The removal and relocation of a number of library printed collections, a sherd collection and other materials from their current location in Dagenham, Essex, to premises in England (yet to be identified).
—Lot 2: The provision of premises in England suitable for storing and handling (by SOAS staff) a number of library printed collections, a sherd collection and other materials. SOAS staff will be responsible for retrieval and reshelving activities, and for the van delivery service, following a model to be agreed.
—Lot 3: The provision of premises suitable for storing a number of library printed collections, a sherd collection and other materials and the total or partial provision of ongoing library (archiving and retrieval) services.
Bidders are invited to bid for all or any of the lots
Lots 2 and 3 would be let for a contract term of 3 + 1 years.
