25/11/2021 15:56	Additional Works All tenderers are notified that the TfWRL may choose to vary 2nr additional stations into the contract post award. The stations in question are based in South and North Wales and involve works of a similar nature. All tenderers are therefore notified of this intent and given advance notice an unequivocal review notice will be included as an additional Z Clause within the Contract. This Clause will state: the Employer, at his sole discretion, and subject to the satisfactory performance of the works at Pwllheli, may instruct additional works at 2nr separate station locations.
