Abstract

Digital Health and Care Wales have responsibility for the administration of an agreement with the Copyright Licensing Agency (CLA) which enables all staff employed by NHS Wales, hospice workers, health and care students and social care workers, to legally make copies of various NHS Wales owned material from both the NHS Wales e-Library and physical library services. The Licence allows users to freely photocopy, scan and print from digital books, printed books, magazines, journals and websites, without having the need to ask for permission from copyright owners each time. The requirement for the Copyright Licensing Agency Licence Plus is driven by UK legislation, in which it is a legal requirement for any kind of library service to have to ensure users are not infringing copyright. CPV: 79121100.
