1.1 The enclosed Request for Quotation provides information for consideration with respect to the NPTC Contract for the provision of Maintenance and Service Contract for Lifts. The Contract is for 3 years with the possibility of an extension or extensions totalling a further 24 months to be granted in 12-month increments.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

Must be able to provide lift maintenance and serving to a variety of manufacturer's lifts as detailed in the tender asset list.

Must be able to conform with LOLER and other H&S requirements.

Should be able to demonstrate work in a similar capacity preferably within the FE sector.
