Cardiff Metropolitan University is seeking a Contractor to carry out the complete replacement of an existing Platform Lift located at the following address:

Cardiff Metropolitan University, Cyncoed Campus, Block S Swimming Pool, Cardiff, CF23 6XD.

The work will comprise the full replacement of the existing lift to provide a reliable lift designed for a minimum life expectancy of 20 years.

Block S contains the campus swimming pool and sports hall and the existing lift is an essential means of access to the pool, sports hall and changing areas for less able bodied students and staff.
