This call-off contract is for the provision of Building Management Services (BMS) Maintenance Services to the University.
The service provider shall provide suitability trained and qualified Trend BMS Engineers to attend each campus as required for the following services:
• The IQVision and Software support
• Providing Site Licence Agreements
• A 24/7 callout service
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Annual inspection and calibration of specified outstations and associated equipment.
• Meter data gathering support.
• Annual frost protection system inspections / calibrations.
