Applicants can only be successful for a maximum of 2 Lots per one applicant.

Applicants are to provide a high-quality grounds maintenance service which is effective, efficient, and responsive to the needs of Residents and community at Melin Homes.

The Contract will run from 1 April 2024 until 31 March 2025 (the "Initial Term") As an initial pilot. The Initial Term for the Contract may be extended each year subject to satisfactory performance by the Service Provider(s). Any extension of the Contract will be reviewed annually.
