Newport City council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced mechanical, electrical, civils and controls contractor to undertake a heat pump supply and installation and integration with the existing space heating and DHW circuits within St Josephs RC High School located in Newport, South Wales.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

Contractor to be registered with Safe Contractor and be DBS approved for working within school environment. The Contractor is required to execute the works to provide a safe, cost-effective, high-quality installation compliant with all prevailing good industry practice, regulations and statutory requirements and in accordance with all tender drawings and specifications. The design, installation and operation of the heat pump shall be fully compliant with EN 378 (all parts) where applicable.
