Q&A Response
1. What is the reason for moving from AWS to Azure?
a. This is our cloud infrastructure of choice and we have the internal resources available to manage moving forward.
2. What you want to keep of the current infrastructure and systems and what needs to be replaced.
a. We need to keep the TTN accounts as they are, any other piece of infrastructure is open to be modified or replaced as recommended given justification.
3. What, from the Power Platform are they wanting to use
a. Adra has expertise in developing PowerApps and flows and we also make extensive use of PowerBI. Using a common platform provides the flexibility to build rules for business logic or presentation combined with other business data we may hold.
4. What is the dashboard software that is currently used (if any)
a. We currently use a bespoke dashboard for reporting a cohort of sensors from TTN
b.This project aims to pave the way for Adra’s own developers to use common reporting suites such as Power BI
5. How and when is the output data analysed to understand the frequency of data refresh.
a. This could be variable depending on the use case for the data but if we take the min and max times this will hopefully give the developers an idea. Min: 10 minutes, Max: 24 hrs
