The total estimated cost is approximately £6,000,000.00 (excluding VAT).
A single contract is to be awarded.

3 Conditions for Participation
|
3.1
|
Minimum standards and qualification required
Contractor's Expressions of Interest shall provide as a minimum specific details of comparable recently completed schemes, proposed resource to deliver the project and details of any added value which the bidder can provide.
The Authority will use the information provided to shortlist suitable contractors.
Bidders must confirm their willingness to provide:-
1. Contract Guarantee Bond - representing 10% of the Contract Sum, to be provided at execution of contract.
2. Parent Company Guarantee - where applicable.
3. Collateral Warranties - for all elements which have third party design responsibility.
4. Copies of current insurances including Employer's Liability, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity.
5. Copies of last three years published trading accounts.
6. Copy of current SSIP Accreditation.
7. Membership of Constructionline
Expressions of Interest are required to be provided not later than 12.00pm on Friday 6th November 2015.

Further to 4.1 above the Authority reserves the right to invite tenders only from contractors who have been shortlisted.
Tender documentation is forecast to be issued early 2016.
