Abstract

Urdd Gobaith Cymru is tendering the provision of Architect led design team services following the RIBA stages 0-7, in respect of the exciting proposed developments and improvements at Gwersyll yr Urdd Llangrannog. The immediate priority is to address infrastructure needs to the ‘heart of the Centre’. This will see the replacement of the remaining timber frame building(s) on the site. They currently house the kitchen, dining hall, main hall, offices and reception. Services that ensure the smooth running of the Centre, hence the projects name ‘Heart of the Centre’. This will need to be done as a matter of priority and should be concluded by April 2019. CPV: 71200000.

They will form part of an overall score to determine an invitation to the second round of the tendering process which will include a full tender document, interview, and presentation of your vision for Llangrannog Urdd Centre with strong emphasis on design.

A shortlist of between 3-6 potential tenderers will be drawn up.
