The Trust intends to appoint the following individual Design Team members:
— Architect / Lead Consultant / Principal Designer,
— Building Services (MEP) Design Consultant,
— Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant,
— Structural / Civil Engineer.
The appointed Architect will act as Lead Consultant and Principal Designer for the scheme, as defined in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
