Total quantity or scope of tender

The works comprise of general construction work in forming a new Flying Start / Creche facility within an existing Victorian Library. The library will be unoccupied during the works but the existing Flying Start Unit is active and has children from the age of 2-3years in attendance. The works are budgeted at 150k and includes building, mechanical & electrical operations.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

The existing library is comprised of two main buildings: - The Victorian Library block at the front and the existing Flying Start at the rear, known as Little Acorns. The work is in the Library Block. The building is Victorian and as such has been subject to multiple works over its life span to date. The library will be unoccupied during the works. The Flying Start Unit is active and has children from the age of 2-3years in attendance.

Only contractors with experience in working in the above environment will be considered for the technical & commercial evaluation and will assessed prior by the PQQ submission which asks for three similar projects to be identified.
