ITT for the provision of Air Compressor System and associated Pipe Work

Description of the goods or services required

Due to expansion of the facility in there is a requirement to install a new Air Compressor and associated pipework.

This ITT should be read in conjunction with the relevant standards:-

The purpose of this ITT to install the suitably sized compressor and all associated pipework throughout the facility.

The systems requiring the air systems are:-

• Gas Stunning

• Chemical Cleaning

• Auto Flow unit

The Capacity requirement is 300CFM at 8bar

The provision should be made to allow further compressors to be added to the system for future expansion.

Minimum standards and qualification required

2.1 Tender preparation cost

The costs of preparing the tender shall be entirely the responsibility of the Service Provider.

2.2 Constitution of a valid tender submission

The Service Provider shall fully complete all sections of all applicable Appendices ensuring that all necessary supporting documentation is submitted.

2.3 Price Schedule

The Price Schedule shall include everything necessary for the execution and completion of the whole of the works described in this enquiry document.

2.4 Confidentiality

The Service Provider shall treat the contents of this ITT as confidential and shall not disclose details to any third parties other than for the purposes of obtaining technical information or prices.
