Abstract
The Future Generations Commissioner for Wales (FGC) is seeking proposals to assist with the review of existing policies, and produce additional policies as required.
This project is designed to ensure that information governance (IG) arrangements at the Office of the Future Generations Commissioner are legal compliance and preparedness for the requirements of IASME Governance and Cyber Essentials accreditation
The IASME Governance Standard covers a number of important cyber security areas outside the scope of the Cyber Essentials scheme. It also covers the legal requirements for data protection (GDPR) in the UK and EU.
Project Scope
1. To carry out a review of existing Information Governance arrangements including written policies, procedures, and processes – to assess their fitness for purpose.
2. To identify and propose amendments and additions to these arrangements in keeping with the needs of the business.
3. Following policy review (A), produce revised or additional policies/procedures as agreed.
