Residential Care Home development at Nelson Road, Dartmouth for the construction of a 69 Bed Care Home together with all site works including the construction of sewers, external lighting, street lighting, paths and paved areas, roads, landscaping, drainage and services and all associated other site works.
Suppliers must have a minimum turnover of £18m, have a valid SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement) accreditation, and suitable levels of insurances as outlined in Pro-Contract (£10m for Public Liability, Employee Liability and Professional Indemnity) in order to participate.
The tender addresses social value and the successful tenderer will be expected to help Sanctuary develop its social value philosophy in this project and assist in embedding the Social Value Portal's Themes Outcome and Measures.
