Description of the goods or services required
Renew Slab Scope for Warren Drive Prestatyn -
• Compact areas of infill and dig.
• Lay blinding layer of sad to carry 1200g dpm membrane.
• Install one layer of A252 reinforcement mesh on 70mm stools.
• Lay C35 concrete to levels shown on drawing with an average cover of 165mm. Allow for expansion every 10m along longest line and at base
of every column.
• Finish new slab with power float finish.
