26/10/2023 14:35	PLAS MENAI FIRE ALARM - CLARIFICATIONS 1.Please note the tender should not include general Provisional Sums for areas/ items of work , but should accurately price all sections of work. This is with the exception of items where numerical quantities are included as Provisional. The Contractor is to price to supply and install these costing per item, and submit a total cost as described. 2. Asbestos - The tenderer is not expected to price for asbestos removal works in the submitted tender . 3. Pool Area - Please price in accord with beam detector specified.
