1.1 This invitation to tender document (ITT) relates to the procurement of Women’s Pathfinder Services (Whole System Approach)(WSA), 18-25 Early Intervention Services, Commissioned Rehabilitation Service (CRS) and Family Ties services within Gwent and South Wales (Lot 1 Services), and Commissioned Rehabilitation Service (CRS) and Family Ties services within Dyfed Powys and North Wales (Lot 2 Services), together (the Services).
1.2 This ITT relates to the procurement process to establish a framework for procurement of the Services and is being led by Gwent Police on behalf of (1) the Secretary of State for Justice acting for His Majesty’s Prisons and Probation Service (HMPPS) an executive agency of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ); (2) Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent ; and (3) Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales (the Procurement).
