Total quantity or scope of tender

Upgrading and reconfiguration of the internal 3 floors within a terraced town centre property. The internal works include the reconfiguration of access from the ground floor up to the first floor which includes the removal of the existing frontage (window and door) to create a new window and door layout. The existing staircase from the ground to first floor is to be removed and a new staircase and hallway created on the ground floor. The hallway will provide 2 internal doors allowing access to the ground floor commercial unit whilst the other door allows access up a new 2 bedroom flat to be created on floors 1 and 2. The current layout of the top 2 floors will be changed to provide upgraded kitchen and separate bathroom. There will be an element of stripping out existing stud walls to create new rooms to provide a lounge-diner. Also, the existing two bedrooms on the second floor will be refurbished.

The winning contractor will be expected to discuss potential work experience and paid work placement opportunities in conjunction with Môn CF prior to construction works commencing.
