The Housing Executive requires a contract for the Supply and Delivery of Homeware and Home Appliance Bundles (Tenancy Starter Packs) for its new tenants who have experienced homelessness (and a small number of existing tenants by exception). The estimated number of households rehoused by the Housing Executive, and eligible for a Pack per our criteria, is circa 3,000 households per annum. This is not a guarantee of order but is a probable estimation of demand.
