This notice is a publication by way of intention to procure Sexual Health and Reproduction Services using the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) and specifically within the regime, the Most Suitable Provider option (MSP) ( Non -Competition).

For completeness the budget for this contract will be circa £4.4 million per annum and the contract period 7 years with an optional 3 year extension.
We anticipate that there is the potential for significant transformation through the life cycle of this contract , in particular around the staffing arrangements, the I.T and overall innovation. Additionally we recognise the relationship between current costs and the potential for efficiency and we look forward to detailed discussions around all aspects of transformation with our selected MSP
