The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) requires a Heritage Impact Assessment and feasibility study for the Old Hall in Cowbridge (“the Services”).

With reference to the request for reports regarding previous works at the Old Hall, we have basic HIA in relation to the recent roofing works and an accompanying access statement. These will be made available to the successful bidder.
