Energus is a not-for-profit wholly owned subsidiary of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and the default external graduate scheme provider for the majority of the NSDG partners in the nuclear sector. DNO’s requirement for this cohort is 10.96% of Energus’s in-year provision. No other organisation is known to supply sector wide nuclear graduates. It is also the only known provider that offers the model the NSDG needs to bring in the required experience in the Nuclear Sector. The NSST (which is the new delivery arm of NSDG) will be reviewing future requirements for Graduate schemes for the sector and developing the appropriate commercial strategy in due course.
