II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Dyfed APB are looking to commission a drug and alcohol treatment service (to include alcohol, opiate and non – opiates and other drugs such as psychoactive substances and image and performance enhancing drugs) across Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.
The service will aim to engage with individuals using drugs and/or alcohol and/or their concerned others in a continuum of care service to reduce substance related harm, health problems and improve psychological, family and social functioning in all domains of the service users, carers and concerned others’ lives across generic and criminal justice service pathways.
These services will be recovery – oriented, evidence based and tailored to meet the needs of individuals and communities in order to empower people to lead drug / alcohol free lives where possible.
Although the service is broken down into areas - there are no lots.
