Expression of Interest for Ophthalmology Operating Theatre Facility Lease

Description of the goods or services required

An expression of interest for a lease of theatre facility to facilitate ophthalmology procedures that will be undertaken by staff of Cwm Taf Morgannwg Health Board, for patents of the same Health Board, for 5 days per week.

This may or may not require equipment and consumables.

The facility should be within 15 mile radius of the Princess of Wales Hospital to enable staff and patient access.
