Design and Supply of Control System for Wave Energy Converter

Description of the goods or services required
Bombora is seeking suppliers for the design and delivery of a control system for its mWave Wave Energy Converter Demonstrator project.
The system will include:
- SCADA for submerged equipment installed on the seabed
- Structural Health Monitoring of all major components
- Software to control and optimise system performance
- Onshore operating station including HMI, server PC, data export capability
Contract will be for design, testing, supply and installation of both software and hardware.

Total quantity or scope of tender
The Contract will be for a period of up to 1 year and consist of the full systems control design, supply, testing and installation, including all software and hardware.

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required
Participants are required to express an interest to receive a copy of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) by 10th October 2018. Participants will be required to enter into a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Bombora prior to receiving the ITT.
ITTs will only be submitted to parties that can illustrate a reasonable competence to carry out the work.
