The installation of new cavity trays and associated repair work above 4th Floor window to the front elevation of the ATrium, Cardiff Campus.

Minimum standards and qualification required

Interested parties must be able to:

Fulfil the requirements of the project in full by providing suitably qualified personnel to undertake the work;

Provide an indicative programme of works and overall works duration in line with our timescales;

Hold the relevant level of insurance, as stipulated and provide evidence of;

Undertake a site visit, arrangements to be made via Project Manager, Nick Fletcher and submit a COVID-19 RAMS for consideration;

Fully price up the tender as stipulated in the Form of tender and the Pricing Document.

Drawings to inform your submission are attached to this notice.

Your tender submission must be uploaded to the Sell2Wales portal Postbox.

Your submission must be received by the closing time and date of midday, Monday 28th September 2020.

You should allow adequate time for the loading of your documents so as to ensure receipt as the postbox will electronically close at the deadline time and no further submissions will be accepted.

Award Criteria

The Contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender applying the assessment criteria as shown in the tender assessment.

The University reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tender and the right is further reserved to accept the whole or part of any tender.

Please note that due to the current restrictions in place around Covid-19 all site visits must be preceded by the submission of RAMS and approved by USW in advance.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. • Student placements / internships

• Scholarships

• Guest Speaker slots / lectures

• Community project work

would anticipate delivering any benefits through this contract
