Your tender submission must be uploaded to the Sell2Wales portal Postbox.
Your submission must be received by the closing time and date of midday, Monday 28th September 2020.
You should allow adequate time for the loading of your documents so as to ensure receipt as the postbox will electronically close at the deadline time and no further submissions will be accepted.
All queries in relation to the tender should be conducted via the Q&A function attached to this notice.
Award Criteria
The Contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender applying the assessment criteria as shown in the tender assessment.
The University reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tender and the right is further reserved to accept the whole or part of any tender.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:
Community Benefits is key to ensuring sustainable development and ensuring that the wider social and economic issues are taken into account when tendering works, service or supplies contracts. USW utilises the concepts wherever possible to deliver those benefits and establishing ways of adding more value via the tendering process.
The University is committed to delivering Community Benefits through its sourcing activity.
Community Benefits are a non-Core requirement and will not be evaluated as part of the Tender, but you are encouraged to consider a proposal to us.
Upon award the successful Bidder(s) will be expected to work with the University to maximise the Community
Benefits delivered through this contract. This will include, but is not limited to:
Securing positive outcomes that would benefit the University and the community they operate within for
example:
• Sponsoring student projects or competitions
• Student placements / internships
• Scholarships
• Guest Speaker slots / lectures
• Community project work
When submitting your tender you will need to submit a plan, separate to the tender proposal, detailing how you
would anticipate delivering any benefits through this contract
