Wrexham County Borough Council’s Social Care Department are looking to procure and implement a new staff rostering and care planning solution to support the delivery of care across WCBC’s council area.
The outcome of the tender process will be a single contract with one supplier. The contract will be for an initial 5 year period, with one option to extend by 2 years, followed by an additional option to extend by a further 3 years. This will mean a contract with a maximum contract length of 10 years (5+2+3).
