Carmarthenshire County Council has appointed suitably qualified Contractors to deliver responsive maintenance (including emergency works ordered during normal working hours and out of working hours), planned works, adaptation works, call handling to include out of hours, void property works, technical inspections and trade specific works, required for the delivery of property related services within its Housing and Non-Housing Divisions.
Please note that the figure for the total value of the contract/lot (v.2.4) under Section V 'Award of contract' in each lot is the anticipated total value of the framework as a whole, over 4 years. As this is a framework arrangement, total values for each individual lot cannot be specified.
This Framework is for use by Carmarthenshire County Council in addition to any body (whether incorporated or otherwise) which is a subsidiary of or is wholly or mainly owned or controlled by Carmarthenshire County Council.

Other works could include external side access or shed doors and frames and side screens, replacement outhouse roofs using metal sheeting or corrugated asbestos free roofing sheets.
Works will range from very minor repairs to general maintenance works, with priority always given to statutory and other health and safety requirements and any work relating to emergencies.

LOTTING RESTRICTIONS - Tenders could be submitted for one, several or all of the following Lots:
- Lots 1a to 10
- Lots 13a to 17
However, there were restrictions on the number of lots a tendering organisation could apply for in relation to certain Lots, as detailed below:
- Lots 11 – 12 and Lots 18 – 24: Tenderers bidding for these trade-specific Lots could not bid for any of Lots between 1a-10 and between 13a-17.
