2024H000089.00 Provision of Pest Control Services

Description of the goods or services required
The successful Service Provider shall provide a fully inclusive service, including
monitoring, surveying and immediate treatment of pests, provide the minimum
specified number of scheduled visits to sites per year, adopt procedures to prevent the
locations becoming infested and will pro-actively monitor for evidence of Pests
advising on/implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure the locations are
kept free from pests.

Total quantity or scope of tender
Tenderers must demonstrate that they have the capacity to provide the range of
services required, and that we will have regular access to a key client contact, details
of whom should be provided.
Hafod is made up of multiple facets:
- General Housing
- Retirement/Extra Care (independent living)
- Supported Housing
- Care Homes
Within these areas, there are currently approximately 30 sites that sit under the
planned preventative programme. However, our housing stock equates to around
5000 units made up of houses, flats, supported and independent living schemes.
From a communal block perspective Hafod manage 260 sites on top of the 30 that sit
in our planned programme.
Hafod operates 8 Care Homes.
Additional sites will be included and/or omitted at any time during the contract period.
Hafod will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible regarding changes.
