Public procurement in the UK and the rest of the European Union is governed by a number of Directives and Regulations which are then implemented in national legislation. The table below lists the relevant Directives and the UK Regulations which make them a legal requirement in the UK, the full text of each of these regulations is available by clicking on the hyperlink.
