Scope of requirements – Brief 1. Develop 10 Thought Leadership pieces using experts within the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion sector in Wales. These thought leadership pieces will be in the form of interviews, articles and videos clips. They need to be ED&I predictions, talks about current trends and the impact that Chwarae Teg has had on driving equality. 2. Run a series of interviews x5 with expert business leaders within key sectors within Wales to establish their successful journey with ED&I, the business outcome and the key impact is has had on their business. These should be interviews and video snippets. Key Deliverables: 1. Create 10 engaging articles from 10 different experts that Chwarae Teg can use across their website, social media and marketing collateral. 2. Source key ED&I contacts within Wales that have high profiles and are respected within the sector. 3. Ensure the 10 thought leadership experts and the 5 x business leaders are ethically diverse, gender diverse and are of high calibre in their sector. 4. Must develop engaging thought leadership content (e.g., Opinion, stats, trends, examples, Quotes, Video/Interactive Content from Respondents) 5. Must develop business leader expert opinion from own experience working within an organisation that has embraced the ED&I journey and is willing to be interviewed and give business information about their progress, outcomes and ROI.

Key Experience:

1. 10 x Thought Leaders

We are looking for experts in the ED&I field in Wales.

We are looking for experts to write about their ED&I predictions of the future state of ED&I, what people and businesses need to prepare for and to offer trends and insight.

We are looking for opinions that interest, engage, inspire and empower other HR professionals.

2. 5 x Business Expert Leaders

We are looking for business leaders who are on their journey or have embraced the ED&I journey as business critical for their business.

We would like to know about why ED&I was a priority, what drove them to adopt a more robust ED&I strategy, how they assessed the need, and the actions they took.

We would like to know the business benefits, the ROI and how they are using this journey to future proof their business.
