It is expected that the provider shall actively engage with the users of the building onto which the systems have been installed. For instance in the case of schools the provider shall be expected to:
Engage the pupils in educational activities related to energy generation and use, emissions and climate issues and other eco related issues.
Organise trips and or events that will educate the children in aspects of energy
