Training sessions to increase the awareness and understanding of every officer and member of staff of racism, anti-racism, Black history and its connection to policing through:

- the introduction of a mandatory programme of training for all police officers and staff.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. 1. Environmental: Please detail the main environmental objectives to improve environmental performance in the delivery of this contract including a plan of how these will be achieved.

Please detail how your organisation will participate and support development initiatives and programmes within the local community. Working collaboratively with local partners to improve the wellbeing of participants.
