Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

The aim of this evaluation is to assess the impact of the Building Enterprise project which is managed and sponsored by CHC and assess its performance against outcomes set out in the Business Plan, which include providing support to 50 organisations. The project has been delivering packages of support since the beginning of 2014. It is intended that an evaluation be conducted for the period to September 2014 and then a final report in May 2015.

This evaluation will complement the existing and on-going qualitative research in to broader and capacity building themes identified through the Project delivery.
