Wales & West Housing (WWH) is undertaking this procurement exercise on behalf of its wholly owned subsidiary Enfys Developments
Enfys Developments will be contracting party for the purposes of any ensuing contract awarded/let to the successful bidder.
All tender costs and liabilities incurred by bidders shall be the sole responsibility of bidders.
WWH reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part.
WWH reserves the right to annul the tendering process and not award any contract.
All documents to be priced in GBP and all payments made in GBP.
Bidders should note that they will be required to enter into terms and conditions of contract (Terms) as set out in the procurement pack and that save for matters of clarification or consistency the Terms are non-negotiable
Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are outlined in the PQQ.
