Abstract

This pilot programme is funded through the Welsh Government’s Co-operation and Supply Chain Development Scheme – Rural development Programme 2014-2020, which is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Welsh Government. The programme will support a new health care supply chain based in the Gwent region of Wales in an ancient woodland in Penallt, Monmouthshire. The pilot will be focussed on the rehabilitation of front-line emergency service staff, NHS staff and veterans recovering from acute mental health conditions such as post-traumatic stress. Standing Start Solutions Limited is seeking to appoint a Framework of suitably qualified and experienced service providers, as detailed in the specification, to deliver an individually designed programme of woodland skills, arts/creative training and psychotherapy support throughout the duration of the Framework (1st October 2019 (approx) – 31st December 2021).

Description of the goods or services required

Thank you & Next Steps
My thanks to all those of you who have tendered and the enormous amount of work that you have put into your submissions.

I will now take some time to collate all the submissions and will come back to you ASAP for any needed clarification or in the case of lot 1 & 2 possible interviews

Those that are taken forward to the last stage of appointment will need to pass an enhanced DBS check (unless already cleared) before being finally accepted. This will be paid for by Standing Start Solutions Ltd

I will be on a long planned holiday between 25th September and 6th October but hope to have finalised appointments by mid October depending on DBS clearance so we can get going on this exciting venture to support our veterans and emergency service personnel in this dynamic pilot programme
