BISF Smoke Alarms
|

Description of the goods or services required
Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the installation of an LD1 fire detection and alarm system to 118 BISF properties throughout the Rhondda Cynon Taff area.
The properties will be installed with a Grade D1 Category LD1 system with radio frequency interconnection.
The installation should be capable of connecting to a SmartLink Gateway allowing alarms and devices to securely transmit data to a cloud platform.
The contractor will be required to populate the Aico Cloud Portal with all sites.
This call for competition exercise is restricted to contractors who sit on Trivallis’ dynamic purchasing system (DPS), Lot 5 – Electrical.
The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff.
This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services
