The aims of the service are:
The aim of the service is to support people living with Mental Health concerns to return to and stay in work, education, or employment whether paid or voluntary without pressure, including those under the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Service.
Providing a service which supports the needs of those in, at the risk of social/emotional crisis
Act as a conduit to identify, broker, and signpost individuals to other help and support agencies as needed
Support those who are or have experienced mental health issues to utilise their skills and lived experience to get them into work, voluntary or otherwise
Support the Service Users and/or Carer, as appropriate, to overcome barriers to employment and training and sustain their engagement, without pressure
